American Tattoo Society announces two promotions as they expand across the US.

Fayetteville, NC (July 12, 2021) – American Tattoo Society (ATS) who were selected to open tattoo studios on MIlitary bases around the world announced today that it has promoted two team members into new roles to help accommodate their explosive growth. “Angi and Kerstin were already integral to our success and we know the new roles they are filling will only help us push ATS forward as we expand rapidly,” says Ryan Harrell, who along with his wife Nicole Harrell, own American Tattoo Society & the All American Tattoo Conventions.

Angela Smith (Angi) has been promoted to Director of Operations. Angi has been working in management since she was 18 and was promoted to the youngest manager ever within Burger King restaurants. She has traveled with World Famous Tattoo & Ultimate Tattoo Supply and owned a shop for 12+ years before coming to work at American Tattoo Society of Jacksonville NC in 2017. Angi brings over 20 years of management & operations experience to her new position.

 

Kerstin Pongratz has been promoted to Director of Artist Recruitment. Kerstin’s new role will help ATS manage the large number of new artists who have joined ATS in house and those who have joined as guests or members of the ATS travel team. Kerstin has been with ATS for four years and has managed locations temporarily in the past.


American Tattoo Society was selected by AAFES to be the first on-base tattoo studio which opened in Las Vegas Nevada at Nellis Air Force in September 2020. American Tattoo Society has since opened two more locations on MacDill AFB & Ft Bliss with ATS Lackland AFB set to open in September of 2021. American Tattoo Society’s Fayetteville & Jacksonville NC locations will operate as normal.
