American Tattoo Society now has 11 locations with the opening on Ft. Liberty and JB Charleston.

Fayetteville, NC – 1-29-2024 – American Tattoo Society, the fastest growing tattoo studio, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its 10th location at Ft. Liberty in NC on Dec 19, 2023. The new location is at the Smoke Bomb Hill Mall and has 5 permanent artists with room for guest artists.

“It’s great to have a shop that has great artists and great pricing on base” said MSG Mack Andrew “Friends have told me about the other American Tattoo Society’s at their bases and I’m so glad we finally got one.”

To celebrate the grand opening, American Tattoo Society hosted a ribbon cutting with several dignitaries from Ft. Liberty. The celebration also included meet and greets with tattoo artists, James Vaughn and Elva Stefanie, from the television series, InkMasters. Additionally, Veteran Ink, a non-profit, donated 10k in tattoos to veterans and live tattooing started that day.

“Ever since I was a little girl coming to the airfield to wait for my dad to come home from overseas I’ve loved Ft Bragg. It is very special to us to be able to bring tattooing to Ft Liberty, because this is our home, & these are our people.” Said Nicole Harrell as she got emotional answering a question on how special it is to open the 10th ATS at Fort Liberty.

The studio at Fort Liberty showcases a diverse range of tattoo styles and expertise. Each artist brings a unique flair to the studio, ensuring that clients have a wide array of artistic options to choose from. ATS’s commitment to artistic excellence and client satisfaction remains paramount.

When asked about the 10k in free tattoos donated by Veteran Ink, Sara Blades the CEO of ATS said “Opening an ATS at the center of the universe was already major, but when Heather Dueitt at Veteran Ink (https://veteranink.com/) reached out and told us that they wanted to give away free tattoos at our grand opening to Veterans who applied on their website we were blown away. Being able to provide a professional & safe place to get tattooed on-base is one thing, but to be able to give back in that way through Veteran Ink was really something.”

In line with ATS’s stringent safety protocols, the Fort Liberty studio adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness and health safety. The well-being of clients and staff is a top priority, with all artists certified in handling bloodborne pathogens and following rigorous safety procedures.
